Ingredients

  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 teaspoon ground cardamom
  • 2 tablespoons pomegranate molasses
  • ½ cup bottled pomegranate juice
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon coarse-grain salt
  • 1 teaspoon freshly cracked black peppercorns
  • 1
  • ⁄3 cup canola oil

Instructions

  • Combine the garlic, cardamom, pomegranate molasses, pomegranate juice, honey, salt,
  • and peppercorns in a blender or a food processor and process until all the ingredients
  • are blended. While the motor is running, drizzle in the oil a little at a time. This
  • marinade freezes well with food for up to 3 months.
